- Gabriel SauersSep, 01 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was dropped as a patient by Dr. Vaughan in Oak Island because he violated HIPAA law and gave my information out to someone without permission and I called him and asked him about it, I then attempted to see Dr.Bocook who told me she was accepting medicaid patient as it currently says on her personal website, I filled out the new patient paperwork and never received a phone call, so I called her office and they pretended they were no longer accepting medicaid patients when in reality, (as I would find out from a second Dosher Family practice on Oak Island) I had been put on a dismissal list that Dosher Apparently keeps to blackball patients in town, I am disabled and can no longer get medical care because Dr. Vaughan Gave out my personal information and I stood up to him, This doctor is complicit in making it purposefully difficult for a disabled man to find medical care, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
